Scope
This policy applies to all Trazza users and to everything uploaded or published with the service, including businesses' public sites. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions.
Its purpose is to protect businesses, their customers, and the platform. If you have doubts about a use, ask us first.
Data and content
Do not upload personal data obtained unlawfully, without informing the people concerned, or without the legal basis your country requires.
Do not use Trazza to store information unrelated to managing your business.
Do not upload files containing malicious software or content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other people's privacy.
Sensitive data
Free-text notes on customers and appointments are there to help you serve people better. If you record health information, such as allergies, pregnancy, or skin conditions, limit it to what is necessary to provide services safely.
Do not record medical diagnoses, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, or other sensitive data that is not necessary for the service.
Do not use the artificial intelligence assistant to process your customers' sensitive data.
Messages and communications
Do not send messages, reminders, or promotions to people who did not give their consent or who asked not to receive them.
Trazza only sends emails to end customers with a recorded contact consent. If you check that consent, you must be able to prove that the person gave it.
Do not use WhatsApp links or email to send spam, chain messages, or misleading messages.
Security and access
Do not try to access other businesses' data, other people's accounts, or parts of the platform you do not have permission for.
Do not look for vulnerabilities without authorization, do not circumvent usage limits or bot protections, and do not overload the service with automated requests.
Do not extract data in bulk with automated programs (scraping), and do not copy, decompile, or reverse engineer the software, except as permitted by law.
Do not share your account or your password. Each person must use their own account.
If you find a security flaw, let us know through the contact channel listed at the end of this page instead of exploiting it.
Impersonation and deception
Do not impersonate another person, another business, or the Trazza team.
Do not use Trazza or your public site to deceive customers, charge for services you do not provide, or collect data under false pretenses.
Public site content
Do not publish content that is illegal, discriminatory, violent, or sexually explicit, or that promotes illegal activities.
Publish photos and information about your team only with their authorization, and publish truthful prices and promotions.
Do not use your site to offer prohibited products or services, or regulated ones without the necessary permits.
Use of the artificial intelligence assistant
Do not try to make the assistant reveal information about other businesses, circumvent its rules, or generate illegal content.
Do not use the assistant's answers as legal, tax, or medical advice.
What happens if this policy is breached
If we detect a use that violates this policy, we may ask you to correct it, remove the content, limit features, or suspend the account. If the risk is serious or immediate, we may act without prior notice.
If the breach is serious or repeated, we may terminate the service under the Terms and Conditions.
Where the law requires it, we may report it to the authorities.
How to report abuse
If you see misuse of Trazza, such as a public site with illegal content or unsolicited messages, let us know through the contact channel listed at the end of this page.
