The service and who operates it
Trazza Pro (hereinafter, Trazza) is a cloud platform for beauty businesses such as salons, barbershops, and spas. It includes a schedule, a point of sale, a cash register, inventory, commissions, advances, customer management, a public website for each business, and an artificial intelligence assistant.
The service is operated from Santiago, Chile. Contact details are at the end of this page.
These terms apply to all use of Trazza. By accepting a commercial proposal, activating an account, or using the service, you accept these terms. If you accept them on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind it.
Definitions
Customer: the business that contracts for Trazza, whether an individual or a company.
User: each person who signs in to the platform with their own account, for example the business owner, administrators, cashiers, or staff members.
End customer: a person the business serves and whose data the business records in Trazza.
Customer data: all information that the business or its users upload to Trazza, such as end customers, appointments, sales, staff members, commissions, expenses, and files.
Public site: each business's web page that Trazza publishes on a Trazza subdomain.
Plan: the set of features and usage limits you contracted for.
Accounts, roles, and access
Accounts are personal. Each user signs in with their email and a password that only that person should know.
The person in charge of the business, or anyone with administration permissions, invites the other users and sets their role, their branches, and their permissions. Invitations expire after 48 hours.
You are responsible for who has access to your business: for granting and revoking permissions on time, for making sure each person uses their own account, and for what is done with those accounts. If you suspect unauthorized access, change the password and let us know immediately.
Some members of the Trazza team may enter your account to support you, help you with setup or, if your account is assigned to them, review its use and setup. By accepting these terms you authorize that access. It requires a platform role and, except for Trazza's general administrators, an assignment to your business; each entry is logged and lasts at most 8 hours.
Plans, prices, and payments
Prices, the plan, and payment terms are those stated in the commercial proposal you accepted.
Each plan defines which features it includes and its usage limits, for example the availability of the artificial intelligence assistant and its quotas.
The platform currently has no built-in payment method and does not store card data. The payment method and invoicing for the service are agreed in the commercial proposal.
If your plan's prices change, we will inform you before the change affects you. If you do not pay within the agreed deadlines, we may suspend access as explained in the suspension and termination section.
What we expect from your business
Use Trazza in accordance with the law and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Upload only data you may lawfully process and keep it accurate. With respect to your end customers and your team, your business is the controller of that data: it must tell them how it uses it and, where the law requires, obtain their consent.
Have your end customers' consent before sending them reminders or messages. Trazza only sends appointment confirmation and reminder emails when the customer's record has an email address and a recorded contact consent.
Comply with your tax obligations. Trazza records sales and cash movements for your management, but it does not issue sales receipts, invoices, or other tax documents on your behalf, nor does it file returns with the tax authority.
Comply with the labor and consumer rules that apply to you. Commission, salary, and advance calculations are based on the rules you configure: review them before paying.
Availability and support
We work to keep Trazza continuously available, but we do not guarantee a service level or a specific availability percentage.
There may be interruptions due to maintenance, failures of our infrastructure providers, or causes beyond our control. When planned maintenance affects use, we will try to notify you in advance.
We provide support through the contact channel listed at the end of this page and respond as soon as possible according to the priority of each case.
We continuously improve Trazza, so we may change, add, or remove features. If we remove an essential feature of your plan, we will notify you in advance.
Artificial intelligence features
Some plans include an artificial intelligence assistant that answers questions about using Trazza and about your business's numbers, and a feature that reads photos of POS receipts for the cash close.
They are an aid, not an official source: they can make mistakes or omit information. Review the answers before making decisions. Reading a receipt always requires a person to confirm the result before it is saved.
The assistant only queries data; it never modifies it. It answers with the information your permissions let you see and does not answer about other businesses.
Use is subject to quotas according to your plan. To work, it sends our artificial intelligence provider your question and the business data your permissions let you see, including team members' names with their sales, commissions, and advances; details are in the Privacy Policy.
Businesses' public sites
Each business can publish a website with its services, its team, its location, and its contact details on a Trazza subdomain.
Your business is responsible for the content it publishes: text, images, prices, and team photos. It must hold the rights to that material and the authorization of the people who appear in it.
We may remove content that is illegal or that infringes third-party rights, and we may deactivate the site if the contract ends.
Public sites may show a Google map and an analytics notice, as explained in the Cookie Policy.
Intellectual property
Trazza, its software, its design, its brand, and its documentation belong to Trazza. While the contract is in force, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in your business.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the service, except as permitted by law.
Your brand, your logo, your photos, and your content remain yours. You give us permission to host, display, and process them solely to provide the service, including your public site.
If you send us suggestions, we may use them to improve Trazza with no obligation to pay for them.
Your data
Your business's data is yours. Trazza processes it on your behalf, as a processor, under the Data Processing Agreement.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.
You can export your customer base in CSV format at any time. If you need other data, request it through the contact channel listed at the end of this page.
We recommend that you periodically export the information you consider critical to your business.
Suspension and termination
You may terminate the service as agreed in your commercial proposal.
We may suspend access, in whole or in part, if payments are outstanding under the agreed terms, if the Acceptable Use Policy is breached, or if an account puts the security of the service or of other customers at risk. Except in urgent cases, we will notify you first and give you a reasonable period to correct it.
Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data and its deletion. Deletion is done on request and includes, in a separate step, the audit, sent-email, and artificial intelligence usage logs and your business's files. We will keep only what the law requires us to retain, and for as long as it requires.
Sections that by their nature must continue to apply after termination, such as intellectual property, liability, and governing law, remain in force.
Liability
Trazza is provided as it is available at any given time. We are liable for the direct damages we cause by breaching these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost opportunities, nor for decisions made on the basis of reports or assistant answers without reviewing them.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it.
These limitations do not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited, for example under certain consumer protection rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. We will publish the new version on this page with its date.
If the change is material, we will notify you within the platform or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Trazza after that date, we will understand that you accept the new version; if you do not agree, you may terminate the service.
Governing law and courts
The law governing these terms and the competent courts are those stated in the commercial proposal you accepted.
This does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protection or personal data rules that apply to you in your country.
Before going to court, write to us: most problems are solved by talking them through.
